2012 TOUR

We need to finalise the arrangements for our tour. The dates have been set and the our group will fly out to Palma, Majorca on Tuesday, 3rd April and return to the UK on 10th April 2012. There are different options for the accommodation, but this can't be booked until we know numbers involved.

So, we now need to ask for a commitment from all those wanting to go on tour. If you are intending to come, we will need a deposit of £35 per person, either in cash or by cheque to Jo Fear. This is non returnable, but will be repaid to all players who get to Majorca if we raise enough to cover our costs.

Parents are welcome to join the group and our provisional flight reservations have allowed for additional adults. The cost of the flight is £184.

We very much want all the players to participate in the tour, but we already know from some that they may not be able to come. Two games have been scheduled to be played over the Easter weekend so it may be possible for a couple of players to join mid way through the week if that would make things easier.
